I've received several messages from my Pattern website and I've replied promptly, but it looks like they aren't receiving my replies. Some people try again rewriting their messages thinking that I never replied. Then I reply again with no response. I had mt husband test it. He used my Contact Us, sent a test message, I received it and replied, but he never received the reply. I've lost 5 commissions so far because of this issue. It must be resolved. I can't have a website that doesn't work. My livelihood is at stake.

Edited to say that I just tested sending a message to my Pattern shop through the Contact Us option. The message arrived and my reply also arrived fine by email. I'd try contacting Etsy. Good luck, hope you can sort it.
