I'm reaching out because I've been trying to contact Etsy Support for the past month, but the live chat option isn't working. Whenever I try to initiate a chat, I get no response, not even an automated message. This issue persists on both my phone app and the Etsy website on my laptop.
I've searched online and haven't found anyone else reporting this specific problem. Has anyone else experienced this with Etsy Support's live chat recently? If so, were you able to find a solution or reach them through another method?
I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to get in touch with Etsy Support. This matter is quite urgent, and I'm at a loss for how to proceed.

Hi there, I was having the same problem with - it was like my chat option was stuck in the last chat I had with support.
I requested a call back yesterday and she fixed it somehow. You may want to do the same.

Why is that everytime we encounter a problem the company says this is from hackers and scammers. And when we want to ask about something no answer from anyone, what I believe is my account under surveillance and controlled by Etsy so why we don't receive any warning beforehand when these scam happen.
@Former_Member as mentioned by another seller when you commented on another thread Your comment isn't helping the person who posted and is seen here as highjacking someone else's thread . If you have a query you want your fellow sellers to help with, then start your own thread.
I will save you the trouble. When you tell your issue to someone in the chat they tell you that they can't help you and direct you to come to the forums and ask someone here HAHAHA.
So whatever you were needing to tell chat you could possibly just post here and maybe, maybe not get a helpful answer.
@BinaryBazar I'm not sure what to do in that situation - it works for numbers in the US but not sure about international.
Maybe someone else in this thread has a link to an email to support?
I posted a question in the chat thee days ago and haven't received a response or agent. I did another one this morning and again no response. Is the chat option working as it just doesn't seem to be connecting to an agent!?!
I chatted withs someone yesterday, but the chat didn't close out, I've followed up again today, and now its not working - no auto response nothing. I will try the call back link mentioned above

I'll jump on every now and them with 'hello', 'anyone there?' 'hello hello', ' I'll stop back later'

I've been experiencing the same problem for over a month: I can't contact support via chat. I opened two tickets mentioning the issue and explained that I tried various solutions (clearing cookies, using different browsers, etc.), but no one has helped me. I sent screenshots of the chat to show that I've been trying to reach them for weeks, but they closed my tickets without responding. I don't know what to think.
@EmmineCollection @MellowMoonSupply @ViciPack @CindysBathCreations I suggest requesting a call back from Etsy Support. I've had the same issue with the chat being "stuck". When I got a call back, I told them about that issue and it was fixed later that day (maybe they have a way of resetting it). And I also discussed the original issue that I had wanted to use chat for, and that was resolved same day too (a deactivation of one of my listings that was incorrect).
