Urgent: NEED TECH HELP

I have absolutely NO idea what's going on and can't begin to list my grievances and frustration.

When I go into my shop and hit SHOP MANAGER, I get this... to start a new shop...    https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/me/onboarding/screener/welcome?ref=hdr-mcpa

TG I have another tab up with my information, but   I also have this show up.... a new shop...

HUH?

When I go to the one tab that is working, I cannot edit my shop.

In the one tab that I have up when I go into my Shop Manager, it gives me that "open" a new shop nonsense.

Please clear this up.  What's going on?

OH... and messages are going to the 1nd2d shop above!!!!!  So, you will either have to call me or email me.

First thing I would do is restart computer. That can resolve many things. Same with phone.

The forums are not the way to contact Etsy sometimes mods will come, but, most of the time its just your fellow sellers here.  If you send messages make sure you don't continue sending more, but scroll down to the I need help part and keep the same message going. Otherwise they think when you start a new post your initial problem was resolved and you go to the back of the line. Yes, You have to request a call back. On the weekends I think they run a skeleton crew so I would try tomorrow.

Reboot your computer.  Run utilities.  Often problems are with the computer or ISP.

Do you have more than one shop?  If so then you need to be careful to use separate browsers in order not to have issues with the set up of a shop. 

And if you are using the app, stop for now.  The app is very buggy with changes recently made.  Use a browser on phone or computer.

@lakesidecottage : Absolutely the first thing to do (if a reboot of the device does not work) is to make sure that you log into each shop using a different browser (not just another instance of the same browser) on that device to eliminate any issues with cookie and local storage clashes.
