Urgent: Extremely Frustrated – Shop Still in Holiday Mode After 3+ Days

Dear Etsy Support,

I am extremely frustrated with the delay in my shop verification. It has been over 3 days since I uploaded my government-issued ID, yet my shop is still in Holiday Mode.

This delay is severely impacting my business, and I have not received any proper update from your team. I need my shop to be reactivated immediately so I can continue selling.

Please escalate my case and provide an update ASAP. If any further action is required from my side, let me know immediately.

Your shop will remain in holiday mode until Etsy can confirm and verify your shop.  If there is some discrepancies, it can takes days or weeks.  There are many, many other shops who are dealing with this as well.  I wouldn't expect Etsy to escalate your shop over the shops who have been waiting longer than you.

You see no listings?

Very weird, as I see 19 listings.

However, under categories it says 0 for ALL, but the other categories have numbers showing that add up to 19.

Yes, 19 listings show when viewing the shop front, 0 for All and the sections have #s, but when you click on any section, it will say ''no items in this section''. 

Click All again and the 19 listings reappear.  However, click on any of those listings and it then says ''Sorry, this item is unavailable.''  Strange.

Other sellers have had a problem similar to yours when coming off of vacation mode.  One 'trick' was to deactivate the listing and then reactivate it.  It might take a little while for the listings to reappear.
