Without any warning whatsoever, my store was placed on Holiday Mode to "verify documents". I have not received any communication from Etsy regarding my account status. Why? The banner states that verification is needed, but it does not specify what information is required. Could someone please clarify the reason for this and what steps need to be taken to resolve it? Taking this action without any prior notice is unacceptable.
Additionally, implementing this on a Thursday means the weekend is now lost as well.
This has happened to me multiple times, each ending with an apology, and I am at a loss as to how businesses are expected to operate under these conditions.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.
