Uploading to Etsy

Hello. I've successfully uploaded and listed more than 160 products to my shop, but my newest products are failing to upload and I can't find the reason why. Does anyone know how I can contact Etsy directly and converse with an actual human being?

Re: Uploading to Etsy

You contact Etsy through the HELP pages, on your shop manager, the top of these forums and most any Etsy page.
There's no phone # or email published and doubtful you'll be able to talk to someone.

There's a call back option on some of the help page topics but the call center is "outsourced" and the people don't
work for Etsy nor know how Etsy works.  Same with Chat if you see that option. 99% of the time you'll get sent to a "specialist".

I doubt Etsy will help you though unless it's a widespread issue on the site.

Clear your history/cookies/cache.
You can also try another browser.

Just a head's up, I noticed you have spelling errors in your titles. This doesn't inspire confidence on items that are printed.
You have metallic spelled metalic.

I didn't look at the listings but you need to check to see if it's spelled wrong there also and in your tags and if so correct it.

Re: Uploading to Etsy

Are you using the mobile app, or a computer web browser to add new listings? The app, which was recently updated and re-released, is full of bugs. Etsy also updated the web form for adding new listings via a computer browser, and people have been having intermittent problems with that, too. I hope you get this straightened out!

PS - make sure your shop location is displaying correctly at the top of your store front page. It will give potential customers a little ease seeing that there

Re: Uploading to Etsy

Thank you  for the tips, Autumn. Yeah, I only use my laptop when working on my shop. I'm sure the solution will be discovered soon. Thanks again and I hope you have a wonderful day.
