Uploading photos

Anyone else have a problem uploading photos this morning?

I haven't been able to upload for a couple of days now, but no idea how to contact Etsy.

Yes I can’t upload or create a new listing on the app

Try

• rebooting your device / pc
• making sure you are not trying to upload a file larger than 10MB
• checking that files are .jpg
• updating your app
• removing and reinstall app
• using a browser instead of the app
• using the old instead of new streamline listing screen
• clearing cache on your browser (not cookies, not history)
• use a different browser
• reboot your internet router (the box that connects to your internet service provider, often combined in your wifi hub)
• check that your broadband uplink connection speed is not degraded - contact your service provider if it is

It could also be wifi channel congestion degrading wifi connections, but this is getting technical. Rebooting a modern wifi hub should make it find the cleanest channel, but an older wifi hub could require a manual scan and manual channel selection.

Thank you. Just getting EE on the case. It is also so slow after having just signed up with them  from BT. Got rid of a few cookies. Will try the cache.so frustrating.

Did all that and app still doesn't upload pics. I have to do it via the website. It is really frustrating. Already dislike this aspect of work and this puts me off even more. Thanks for the list anyway.

Is there a preferred browser? Never changed from Google

Same here. Photo adding button in the app does nothing. It is inactive. I can only add video so the issue is on the app side. The same problem like the lat year. Annoying.

If you are able to, try logging in with a web browser and do it that way. If all you have is a mobile device, your default web browser on there will work. The seller app is full of glitches and incomplete account features.

Trying to add photo to new listing using the seller app and it is not working for me either.

On a pc during the night, they wouldn't upload.  Did all the reboot, cache/cookies cleaning, checked router, restarted - and they were taking so long Etsy would time out.  Finally got a few items listed, then it started it again with the red screen and couldn't upload photos.
I was just now able to get photos on to publish an item, but it is taking it a very long time to upload 5 pics on a pc.

I have had issues for past few weeks, constantly having to restart the phone!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried removing a reinstalled app. Tried uploading photos on both the app and on my web browser tried changing web browsers. Still haven’t been able to add any new listing for 3 days now. Very frustrating!

Make sure they are jpg files, especially if shooting using apple products.

Updates to camera apps can reset settings for saving image files to an incompatible format.

The photos have to be in the correct format, I have put it off for ages but Etsy are now catching up with those sellers who have ignored ( me) Now I do in the correct format( takes me ages as I am useless with my camera and phone for adjusting . It works though.

I am having the same problem. When i try another website, i am able to upload photos. Maybe this is my sign to create my own website.

Same problem today. Frustrating. Can't load photos to listings from the app.

Really!!!  After a year this problem still continues???  Stop telling us to do all kinds of things on this end and get more bandwidth and or servers.  Shame on you, you are stealing my time AND blaming it on me, my computer and internet speed.
