Uploading photos

I am not able to upload any photos from my phone to my listings. Have tried using saved photos and also taking the picture as I am creating the listing and I am still unable to add any pictures.  I can see from others that this is a common problem. Has anyone found a resolution to this issue ?
May have to leave Etsy and create my own Website if there is no way to resolve the issue.

@DarcyDoDesigns: When you say "... from my phone ..." do you mean using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser (which browser and operating system)?
