after going through the runaround with Etsy help desk, tonight I finally solved this problem with a work around that someone mentioned from the Etsy community, I thank you dearly. Been dealing with this for a month, while my shop got suspended, and Etsy help was not helpful, at all! So if you are trying to enter a new bank card, in my case, it was not saving any of the info, and there is no error message, it just doesn't save it, even after deleting the old bank card. So then you go to the regular shop and buy something, anything, I bought a scarf for 7.99, and then when you get to the payment screen, you can then put in your new card info. When you go back to your Etsy shop, the new card info will be there, very convoluted. If by chance your shop is suspended, you will have to pay whatever bill is due first, since I didn't have any updated card info, I payed through my son's PayPal account, since that was the only other option, then I proceeded to do the other things I mentioned above. Etsy has got to do something about this. Some say this has something to do with Plaid, the system that is verifying bank info. I don't know, but I do know that Etsy help desk is trash. Thank goodness for the Etsy community.
