Etsy help Fatima, was useless and won't connect me with a technical support person even though I told her prices had certain default numbers which I know from my database, that when something is wrong with the script, the system inserts. I have OVER 6000 listings that are now scrambled.
Yesterday I updated to add 2% to prices to cover rising costs. Stupid of me do do all at once but I did it. Scramble many of the prices to some default number. I will have to look up each item's price in my database and chance them one by one. Meantime, I'll either lose money because the price now is too low, or lose customers because they calculated way too high.
Now I just need someone to reset my shop to where it was prior to the scramble.
If there is an Etsy person monitoring, please help!
