Just took a look on a different computer and the email is still listed under the buyer's name.
Not a good idea, especially right before the holidays. I use their emails as a secondary option in cases where they are not responding to confirm an address.

What is going on with ETSY lately...big sigh! Hoping this is just another 'glitch' and will go back to 'normal' although nothing seems normal anymore. As you say, this information is so important. Thanks for the heads up.

also unable to reach Etsy tchat assistance / it now asks for bank account+card + tax payer ID before you even have a chance to say hello to someone, and then => sending details failure .
Orders progress - Complete Order is not appearing as well. And e-mail also , probably is soft problem and they will fix it? But what we are doing meanwhile ? I have to make shippments on time ?
Edit you can Complete your order only inside the order the action button is working there ...
I also cannot click the triangle to see the email.
BUT, if anyone needs an email right now, you can go to your copy of the emailed order receipt. Scroll to the bottom where it says "Send them an email" & your external email app can send a reply to the customer. Unfortunately, many sellers do not get emails from Etsy.

I see either nothing at all, or way below the other orders.
I think Etsy is working something and we are having the usual collateral damage.
The chat is unresponsive too.

I have had this problem all morning. Cannot see the buyers address - cleared cache, changed my browser, still cannot see their address. Hope it's just a glitch that will be fixed soon.
None of the dropdowns on the top menu are working. So you can't see the customer's email, can't change the progress of orders, can't print packing slips, etc.
Printing the packing slip can be done within the order itself, but you have to do them one order at a time.

That is not good! I would say about 20% of my out of Canada or USA orders I need to contact as some shipping information is missing and I cannot print the label. I do try contacting on etsy first but about 50% of the time I do not get a response.
I sent an international order 8 hours ago and it was working then. It's not working on the two browsers I just tried (Edge & Chrome). It's just a greyed out triangle. Probably a glitch - Unfortunately I can't use the order receipt email, because Etsy stopped sending those to me over a year ago!

I just came to this forum to see if there's a glitch and I see I'm not alone. I'm trying to print 3 packing slips at once but the "More Actions" button doesn't work. Guess I have to download them individually. I'm glad it's only 3 orders and not 10. *sigh*
Yes, having same issue. Can't add tracking to a combined shipping order.
On the Orders & Shipping page, I cannot send the customer a message using the "Quick Reply" button.
I'm using Google Chrome on my laptop. The Quick Reply option is grayed out and doesn't show any of my quick responses.
