Update bank card issues

Hi all,

my bank changed over and I have a new bank card number. It will not let me change it. Any suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

And are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

If you are trying to enter your new bank card in the billing section, you can add a new one, then set it as default, then delete the old.

Make sure the name on the card matches what you have in the "legal and tax" information.

Do it in a browser, not the app.

If you are trying to update your bank account info, that's in a different section - payment methods - it also has to be the same name as the legal and tax info
