Update a bank account for deposits

I am seeking to update a bank account for an Etsy store that I used 5 years ago.  Is there a phone number I can call for Etsy support?  I’m about ready to give up.  I see others have had similar issues.

Is this the shop?  You should be able to update the details and then if you are in the US verify through Plaid.

If you need to contact Etsy.  Use Contact us under Community in the shop manager.

@QuiltSewCute  why are you giving up - where are you running into issues?  I needed to verify my bank last week, and it was done in a day.

How did you change your bank information with no "Edit" button or way to update it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a bank account 5 years ago but I have since changed my bank account.  When I go to payment information there is no option to change the already verified account.  Thanks for trying to help.

Having the same issue.  I have changed banks.  It shows my old bank.  There is NO "Edit" button.  There is NO "Plaid Pop-Up" Button.  Just a green "Verified" for an account that no longer exists.  If you find a solution I would love to know what it is.  Good Luck.
