I updated the tax information for my shop weeks ago. I was told by Etsy support that I could change my seller permit from my LLC, who I was the only owner/employee, to a DBA with a new seller permit under my SSN. I updated this information and provided the new seller permit. My account shows the information was verified however I am still stuck on vacation mode. I was suppose to be contacted by someone on a financial team. I have not been contacted after sending many support requests. What should I do?
