My activity report show fees Feb 23 -16.00

feesMarch 1 is 0, but finance tab has a 1 .

Please update finance

Are you referring to a ''1'' notification on your Dashboard Finances option?  This is most likely the notification regarding Turbo tax.  If you click on Finances/Turbo Tax, that ''1'' should go away.
