Despite reaching out to your team several times, I am still experiencing the same issue that I am not able to edit and update my PAN card information. Each time I’ve contacted you, I have been assured that it would be fixed, and that a special team would look into it and provide an update.
However, it has now been a week since my last communication, and the problem remains unresolved. I am increasingly concerned as I rely on Etsy for my business.
I kindly request an urgent update on the status of this matter, I would also be grateful for a clear timeline regarding when I can expect a resolution.

Etsy won't reply to this post except to probably close this thread and will mention they've sent your info to a "team specialist" to be handled privately.
You need to keep replying to that last email that your "STILL NEED HELP".
Don't start a new message thread from the help pages.
