Hello again,  Everytime I post, I get a message saying this was sent to a 'specialist' with no communication whatsoever.
 
I am following up once again, as I have still not received any communication regarding this issue. This ongoing disruption is severely impacting my business.
 
As 80% of my sales occur over the weekend, this timing is particularly damaging. Additionally, as previously mentioned, any interruption affects algorithms, and recovery takes time, meaning the consequences extend beyond just these lost days.
 
I need an immediate update on why this has happened, what information is required, and how this can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Please respond as soon as possible.

The ETA for response varies on a case-by-case basis, and a separate team is handling your case. Any further communication on the matter, if applicable, will only occur directly with you, and via email.

It's not clear what your problem is, but you do realise this is a forum for Etsy sellers, not Etsy support. Maybe if you explained in more detail what the issue as, other sellers could possibly advise.
