Unable to verify with my Gov. ID (US Drivers License)

I got this message on my dashboard asking to verify with an ID.  I use my driver license for my Government-issued personal ID. It  didn't work and Etsy put my store in vacation mode.  

I have business and it is an LLC and I file taxes separate.  All the information is input- my EIN #, my info as the tax payer, etc. It is all correct.

Yet when I uploaded a clear photo of my ID, it was rejected.  It makes no sense and now during the busiest shopping time, we can't sell from the shop.

This is happening to me, how did you get it fixed? I have uploaded about 10 times and it just says waiting to be verified
