I just received my first order and my account was put on vacation mode because my ID was not verified.
However, I am a Bulgarian and my legal documents and national ID card do not show all of the required information by Etsy in Latin. For example, my home address is in Cyrillic.
Moreover, the information on my ID card is on both the front and back sides of the document, but it seems like Etsy allows only one picture to be uploaded at a time.
Therefore, I cannot verify my ID.
I also cant reach Etsy Support in any way, as there is no email left or online support messaging feature.
When you hit contact us, there is no possible way to reach a human. All of the emails I previosuly received from Etsy were a no-reply messages and I have no idea how to contact Etsy support, it is just as if the company is a bit cheap with hiring more people for their tech and service support. I managed to get in contact only through filing an appeal, but I cant do that twice. When I did I had to wait at least a few days before I could get any response whatsoever.
I am writing here to get some sort of response, hopefully, and be able to resolve the issue about my ID verification as soon as possible.
