Unable to upload pics in app

Anyone else having an issue uploading photos to their listings from Android?

The "add photos" option is dead altogether. When I try to click it nothing happens.

For a typical listing I take the photos ahead of time, create the listing on the desktop (just for ease of typing) and then save the draft. Then I go back in on the app and add the photos. Suddenly today the option to add photos is like a dead link/button. Nothing happens at all when you click it.

I logged out and in, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, forced a stop... hasn't helped.

Is anyone else having this issue? It'll be a real pain if I first have to transfer all my photos to my desktop in order to add them to listings but if I have to then... well... I guess I have to.

This is my first issue with the app, ever. It's always worked smoothly for me and I don't know what's changed overnight.

Open your Etsy account in your browser on your phone and do it this way. App is glitchy at the best of times

Yes, either go to your phone browser or do it from a laptop or computer. If on a computer use the "Old version" of the listing form. Less buggy than the new one.

I just started having the same problem. I have been on Etsy for years and I have begun to HATE it. Every time I try to list there is another problem. Now I can't upload photos. I need a new platform!!!

Using my phone browser has been working. So at least I can list. Sorry it's happening to you too, so frustrating

I've been having the same problem for over a week.  It seems like the only solution that's been suggested is to stop using the app.  Are there any actual solutions?

No other solutions that I know of. I've stopped using the app for most things and have gone back to using my laptop (or phone browser).

I have been unable to upload photos all week, I contacted Etsy support and all they say is it’s a tech problem and they are working on it, very frustrating
