Unable to upload new items to my shop

When trying to upload listings I get an error message saying

Listings must have a complete translation in the shop's primary language: en-US

My shop is in English and that is the default setting, any ideas as how I overcome this?

It just sounds like an annoying Etsy glitch.  I would log out and log back in again and maybe use a different browser.

I added a new listing this morning and everything was fine. Whenever I get a red banner I refresh the page and that usually gets rid of it. Before you refresh, save the listing to drafts so you don't lose it.

Thanks for your replies. I have tried both of those suggestions but no luck so far. I might just leave it  24rs and try again and see what happens. Just very irritating

It might be confusing between UK English and American English.   

Does the bottom say English (UK) as opposed ti English (US).

Sounds like a glitch.  Are you using the new listing version or the old?  Try the old.

You may want to clear your browser cache and reboot your machine. Sometimes things get stuck and it becomes an endless cycle of trying things that really aren't taking effect.
