Anybody experiencing issues uploading new listings for digital photo downloads?

I can't list from my computer, but the app is working. I've found a work-around for now. Create a draft listing on the app and edit it on my computer. I am able to publish new listings like that.

You can also copy listings on your computer, and they can be saved/published as well. Seems like the issue is just with completely new listings.
