Hi, everyone! I hope somebody will be able to help me as support team absolutely unresponsive and help chat is absolutely useless.
I 'm trying to upload digital listing(s) on my shop without any success, already about three to four months. I'm familiar with the process as I did it in the past without any problem. When I'm trying to preview my listing it gets stuck with spinning circle and doesn't let me process further. If I push post button I immediately get notification from Etsy on my email that my item under investigation and blah-blah-blah. They will list it, but month or months later. I did everything that requires to fix this problem - updated my browser, cleared the cache etc. I even tried to post it as made to order- the same issue, spinning circle.
The support team wasn't supportive at all. I chatted three times, they even created a ticket, promised to email me as soon as possible with solution, marked my case as urgent, but nobody emailed to help me.
