Unable to save drafts or publish new listings

I am not able to publish new listings or save any drafts today. When I try a red banner pops up that says “Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support.“

I wanted to add that I have signed out and cleared cookies, etc.

It's still not working for me on Chrome on MacOS but I was able to make a new listing on my iphone via the app.

It is still not working for me on either. This is only my fourth day here and this is super unfortunate.

I’ve tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome. Can IT help at all? Is there someone else I need to contact?

Is anyone still having trouble publishing their listings? I'm still having trouble. Cleared my cache, cookies, restarted the browser, restarted the computer. Still having trouble. I'm on a mac running Chrome and Safari and the products come from Printify (just adding that, although I don't think Printify is the problem.)

After speaking to Etsy support via their chat option I was told that it would be forwarded to IT and they would send an email when “it” was fixed. Fortunately, I was given the idea to switch back to the old version of listing items and that worked for me as it was the new listing manager that was the problem.

You know what? I did enable the newer listing format. I'm going to turn it off now. Thanks!

I contacted Etsy support and they are aware of the problem. Engineers are working on it

im using the old listing manager and having the same problem. Super annoying.

I found out why my listing would not save as a draft or publish. I was entering in 14 ounces for a first class package and the usual pop up no longer comes up that the package doesn't meet the requirements for first class. After I changed the weight to 13 ounces I could save the draft. It will be nice when we can change our shipping profiles to Ground Advantage.

So awesome that you shared how to fix that issue! I was able to quickly get back to publishing my listings without much stress. I just decreased the weight and it worked! Thank you!

I am having the same problem with save as a draft and publishing!  I was able to contact Support via email and they gave me a few tips, but none of them worked.  It has been 4 days working on this, and yesterday was the day they gave me the tips, and I have not heard back from them as of yet.  They mentioned the next step would be to escalate to the Troubleshooting Team.  I know they are busy, but it is so frustrating!  If anyone could give more tips on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

I got Etsy support call back, she gave me this solution, works!!

I switched to the old version and that worked, but is there a way to still use captions for the images in the old version?

If it still doesn't work properly, maybe Etsy should just abandon the new version? There was nothing wrong with the old one.
