Hi technical support:
I just activated a listing. A message appears:
"Uh oh!
Sorry, this section failed to load properly. Please try refreshing the page or return to your shop dashboard."
I tried to "refresh page" several times and nothing happens.
When I press "Back to shop dashboard" nothing happens.
I've exited Etsy 3 times and the message is still there.
I've tried using Etsy chat box, but that too is frozen.
Please advise. Thank You!
In addition to not being able to go to Dashboard, and Listings..
I cannot access Messages, Orders, Etsy search visibility, Stats, Customer service states, Marketing, Finances, Apps.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am using a desktop computer.
Try clearing your cache/history/cookies and reboot your device--see if that works--it is the old standby remedy.
I actually had something like this happen last weekend, only everything I did , did not made it work. I finally ended having to take my computer to a techie and have him diddle with it. He never did tell me the problem so I am not sure what he did or didn't do but so far it seems to be working OK now.
When something like this happens it is usually your device/computer rather than Etsy.
And PS: This is not technical support--we are only other sellers like you. You get tech support on Etsy is pretty much impossible. You can try thru the "help" section and contact us but chances are slim/none that you will actually get any tech help from them.

Ok, thank you. After I reactivated 1 listing, all my screens went haywire, including the layout while trying to deactivate 2 listings. Hoping the layout has not changed!
I was using Firefox as my browser. Cleared cache, but to no avail. Looks like there was a glitch. Now using Chrome.
@MaliakeiBags I was also using Firefox and win11 when I had my problem. It may be Etsy changed something that is causing problems with that browser--or FF changed something that Etsy "does not like".
