Unable to purchase shipping labels

Shipping from us to UK, keep getting an error of 

You just purchased 0 labels

1 label failed to purchase

I am having the same issue - am trying to send from the UK to Canada, and getting the message: "label failed to purchase".

Have tried clearing cache, different browser etc, and still the same message.  All other orders to US and within Uk are creating labels fine.

Your issue is different

You can't send Royal mail to Canada

Canada post is on strike, and refusing all mail.

You have to either send with a courier like UPS or Fedex, or cancel the sale

They have been on strike since 15th November, and not looing like it will resolve anytime soon, and when it does, there will be a massive backlog.

Remove Canada from your shipping profiles until they are back to work for at least a couple if weeks

This has happened to me a few times.  It will fix itself and you will be able to print them.  In my situations, I was able to print within minutes, and a couple of times it took about a day.
