Unable to purchase labels for orders

Tried several times this morning to purchase labels but each time it seems like it might be going through it says 'purchase failed'. Also can't see Finances, Payment screen  as details not loading properly.

Same here I think Royal Mail is down too, it wouldn't let me purchase labels on click & drop either.

was working then gone again now, as pointed out on another forum post Royal mail click and drop is down for those paying by card or paypal, they did an update yesterday so looks like its messed it up abit.

Now working for labels but still unable to load payment section

I'm still getting 'Currently unable to purchase postage label for this order' -- does anyone know how to work this out? shipping from US to Latvia
