Unable to purchase label

I seem to be unable to purchase a label from Canada Post for a location in Canada.  I can enter the information but it comes back with - 0 labels purchased.

I'm having the same issue today ... it doesn't give any indication at all as to what the issue may be.  Guess I'll just have to ship via other means.

Same issue here and I can't ship any other way for even close to the same price. I don't want to get penalized by the algorithm for shipping late. Can someone from Etsy please respond!

Try going through your Solutions for Small Businesses account (Canada Post website). It might give you a lower-tier rate than Etsy but if it's in the ballpark...?

Having the same issue. I'm in Canada but can't seem to purchase shipping labels to the USA. I tried in two different browsers, but each time getting the message "label failed to purchase" with no explanation.

I am also having this issue. I am in canada trying to purchase a lable for the UK. Have tried several times now and keep getting the "label failed to purchase" error. Very frustrating!!

I've been having the same exact issue for 2 days now and it's incredibly frustrating as I have orders that are due. Someone on the Etsy Reddit noted that Canada Post's online services were down and I assumed that was the issue but they have since said everything is back up and running and I'm still getting failed attempts. I also tried speaking with Etsy's live chat help to essentially no solution because they just directed me to purchase labels through other means which kind of defeats the purpose.

Same issue also for a few days now. Very frustrating as I needed to get an order in the mail box asap and couldn't print the label. Had to go into the post office!

Same problem here. The worst part is if I try and print my labels through Canada Post directly, they cost significantly more than purchasing them through Etsy.

I am having the same issue - I have 2 orders that are now due today, and I still am unable to purchase and print shipping labels from Canada to the US. Has anyone found a solution? Thanks so much.

Same - tried three times to buy a Priority Mail label through Etsy, but "You purchased 0 labels" each time.

It was an urgent shipment so I logged into my Canada Post account and bought it there - paid about $5 more than through Etsy but at least I got it out the door.

Interestingly, my CP-Solutions account had logged each of those three attempts, but they still haven't been charged to my account or credit card. Fingers crossed I don't have a mess to deal with there, too.

Canada post site also isn't working! I am really not sure what to do about this.. I received an order on Friday that is going to the UK - I really need to get it shipped out!

Has anyone found a solution??

Same issue.  The Canada Post website seems to be fine now.  They were scheduled for maintenance until 7 am this morning. 

I haven't been able to purchase Etsy labels since Thursday - to say I'm frustrated is putting it very mildly!

Canada Post website still isn't working for me either, unfortunately... will let me estimate shipping costs but won't let me actually add anything to my cart... yes, this whole situation is VERY frustrating!!

Huh!  Do you have an account with Canada Post and have a credit card on file?  That's the only type of payment they accept online. That's exactly what I need right now...run up my credit to satisfy Etsy...!

Oh heck, you're right...I can't access their shipping tools either.  Getting ready to just give up and accept that I'll have about 15 more late penalties and Etsy will gleefully close my shop; that's it, yer outta here!!
