Unable to purchase items on Etsy

Is anyone else having issues purchasing items on Etsy?

There's a bunch of posts about issues today. Good chance it has to do with the bank failure and Etsy not being able to process payments.

So if people are unable to make a purchase. Should we get a prorated credit for the listing fee on each listing that cant sell until they figure out the new payment processor?

Not unless it's 100% affecting and denying every sale, which I doubt since there's not more posts about it. 

I would assume there will be no prorating unless there's any sort of long extension (I myself would not find fighting for a 2-3 day prorate worth the fight - 3 days is the equivalent of about $.02/listing fee), and then those listing fees will be the least of the concerns.
