Unable to print packing slips

I'm trying to print packing slips for my orders but when I click 'Print Order(s)' it takes me to an error page which says I have followed a bad link and sends me back to Etsy's homepage. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Haven't had this issue but for the first time (in about 4 years on Etsy), I clicked to print an order (packing slip) and it takes me to a blank screen.  Have tried it yesterday and today but it just won't bring up the page to print. It's happening only on this one order - all other orders are printing properly.

Anyone had this issue/know a fix?

Is it going to Canada, and does it have a PST message and charge on it, if so it is wrong.

Etsy has a big bug with PST at the moment, it shouldn't be charged on overseas sales, and contrary to the message, you shouldn't be writing this on the outside - log a ticket with etsy, and ignore the message,

also let your customer know they should claim back the PST from Etsy

.... my message is even stranger, they say I have to put the message on, so they don't pay "zero" twice

Yes - one order this week didn't have the sales tax message and printed fine. Three others have the message and I can't print the orders because when I click to print packing slip, it takes me to a blank screen. All others working and printing just fine. I reported it on Twitter yesterday and they promised to get back to me but orders are due for despatch

This has happened to all of my orders for the last 2 weeks.  All shipping to states in the US.

I'm sorry to hear that. I was able to resolve the issue by changing my browser. My preferred browser is Duck Duck Go, but to print the packing slip and sales receipt I had to use Chrome.
