Hello.
I have been trying to post a listing but cannot. When I go to Preview the listing, the site freezes. When I go to Save the Draft, the error message states that I have not filled in the required attributes...when I can whole-heartedly promise (after 20 years with this online shop) that I have indeed filled in all the attributes. Then, when I go to Publish the listing, the site again rejects my attempt for the same reason regarding the attributes. I have gone over the listing with a fine tooth comb and there is no way to publish it without the page freezing or receiving an error message.
I started to contact Etsy using the chat program. I received Zeus as the representative and he told me to go try a different browser. I did. It still doesn't work and the same error messages as well as the frozen Preview happens on Google Chrome as well as Safari. He was useless in helping me.
Then, I called in and received a call back fro Aliah who could not find my shop whatsoever. I have never engaged with a more confused woman in my life and I suspect it was all due to language issues, sadly. I am usually patient but she nearly made me crazy. She said she filed a report with tech support, but when the woman couldn't speak in clear sentences whatsoever, I have no idea what she actually reported in that report.
Can anyone help? I'd like to get some work done today!
