Hi everyone,
Does anyone else have this problem? I get an email saying my statement is available. I click on the link to make a payment. For four days now, the linked page says Uh oh, something went wrong, refresh the page or try again later. Four days. I can't find anywhere in the Help Center that this is addressed.
Does someone out there know what to do?

If you have a balance owing, it should come out of your bank account or go on your credit card automatically.
This applies only if seller has AUTO PAY set up; if not, it has to be done manually.
From their post it appears they are using the latter option.
@ShirtsByBurkes are you on auto-pay? If so, are your credit card details up to date?
I'm not on auto pay. I should be able to pay manually.
Have you tried to see if your CC on file has expired?
