Unable to link Payoneer Account

Hello Everyone, 

Can anybody help me in solving this issue?

I've my Etsy account from 2021 and I've recently linked it to Payoneer. The accounts are linked but the details in "Etsy Legal and Tax Information" has not changed. Also, it's asking me to update my GST number but when I'm entering it, nothing happens. 

I've contacted on Etsy Support so many times but they just asking me to clear cache, delete history and change browsers but nothing is working. I tried it on Etsy mobile app as well and the same problem persists.

Please help in setting up the account as the buyers are unable to make any purchases.

Are you using chat?  Use email (contact us under Help in the shop manager), take the reply email and reply back you still need help.  If you emailed before, you will always get a generic email.  You are to respond back that you still need help not open new emails.

You had to link your payoneer account by November 2023, to enrol in india payments,

If you were not already enrolled in india payments by then, it's too late........

As of November 2023, new sellers located in India are no longer able to open shops on Etsy to sell either domestically or internationally. India sellers can no longer enrol in India Payments.
