Unable to include product weight in new listing.

Whether I use the old or new listing versions, I am unable to input my item's weight.

All that remains is this: 

Preview shipping price

See what buyers will pay for shipping

To preview calculated shipping prices, enter your item's weight and size

Yet there is no place to enter that information.  Naturally, when I attempt to list I get the error message and I can't proceed.

I'm assuming this is a bug?

Any input on this would be appreciated!

I am having the same problem. I have tried over and over to make a listing and can’t enter size or weight. I’ve tried the new and the old version.

@FOLKARTWINGS Do you have a shipping profile.  Select it first.

  You can also simply click on the + (plus) signAdd item weight and size.

Do you not see this?  Are you using the app?  Browser?  Which browser?  I use Edge.

I just started having the same issue. I can't enter weight nor package dimensions nor packaging options. Two weeks ago I could use all the options for shipping. Now my listing gets an error message because there is not weight nor package size on my listing because I can't add it. I've tried both the new and old listing platform and I have the same issue regardless. I'm in the USA. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue and is Etsy aware that the shipping options are not working!!! To say this is frustrating is an understatement. Thank you!!!

Same problem, listing just goes back to add a shipping option and there are none to select from.

I am having the same issue. Since no one from Etsy is chiming in here, I guess I will send them a message?

Select a shipping profile and then you should be able to add sizes, etc,, but you need to select profile first so it knows what to charge for the size.

I can put in my dimensions, but it forces me to put in height of at least 1" when they are stickers.  They are flat.  So not 1" tall.  But I enter the 1 just to get my item listed.  Am I missing something?

@CozyCatStickerStudio: Have you tried 0.25 instead of just .25 (if that is how you are entering)?
