Unable to get message from Etsy support member on a chat box.

While contact with chat support, I am unable to get any Etsy chat agent message but I can easily send my message there on chat box. Can anyone explain what is the issue with chat? I have tried removing Cache & browsing data and switched the browser too. Please help.

This is a common issue and there are other posts on the forum about it. It seems that you can use chat once and then no-one responds when you try using it again. Another Etsy glitch that no-one is fixing.

yes my chat box just says unable to load messages.  I am trying to solve my star seller issues for this month.

@LaBelleFrenchVintage   It appears tracking is the issue?  Have you looked at the CSV for the previous month for October,  If tracking is added but the item does not show in transit, that counts as not being shipped and can affect star seller.  Etsy won't change the outcome.
