My email with Etsy is not working and I can not get into my Etsy account to fix any problems. I am working on the 3rd day of this and have customer question that I Have got emails from and can not answer them. I try to use my email and password or just my email and forgot password but nothing on their end comes to me. How to I fix this, as this is getting very frustrating.
Use your username and password instead and see if that works.
Yeah, did not work. My people are going to be very unhappy. It has been 4 days and still cant get in.
Are you getting a different log in page than what you usually get? That has happened with one of my shops and if I hit log in enough times it changes to the old log in page.
Luckily I have 2 Etsy log ins on my computer so I can still get in the other one.
It's very confusing.
@TripleMoonMassageLLC I have just the one Shop, and I always use the same device/browser (desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). This is the second day in a row where I am receiving a smaller Log In Page. It asks for my email and password (instead of User Name and Password). Prior to this, I got Access Denied (2 times), and started a Thread about it. I was able to get in, but the Sign In Form changed. I'll see if I can find it.

@ChillwolfArt The login has definitely changed. It asked for my email but I entered my username instead because that’s what is attached to my password manager. I was able to login but on 2 different screens. Etsy is always messing with something.
Thank You for confirming that. I swore Etsy changed something. And again today, I received that different Sign In Prompt, which asked for my email. I put it in. I didn't try to enter my user name because I thought it wouldn't accept it. Maybe next time I get the Sign In Prompt (which will be there tomorrow, I am sure), I'll try that.
