Unable to exit edit mode in my shop

When I edit my shop there has always been a View Shop button at the bottom. All of a sudden that button is missing and I don't know how to exit edit mode and make sure my changes have been saved.

Edited to add: The View Shop button used to change the shop screen from edit mode to view mode in the same window.
I noticed there is now a View on Etsy.com button at the top of the edit mode page but it opens a new window.

What do I do with the still present edit window if I have already finished editing? It sounds a bit dangerous to me.

I have just gone back and closed the still open edit window. I agree, it's pretty weird and I'm not sure it's working as they intended.

I have seen this also. I just made a few changes to a listing and saved it by clicking on the View on Etsy button. I went back and closed out the original window and it was saved. Not sure if this is a new feature but the old feature worked just fine.

Ooh, I hadn't noticed that button on the listing edit page so I tried it out, but it worked a bit differently for me.

I edited a live listing, changed one word in the description, then clicked the View on Etsy button. It opened a new window but my change hadn't been applied.
I had to go back to the still open edit window and Publish Changes.

To get out of edit mode, look on the top, right side, after editing- look for where it says View on etsy.com, with an arrow pointing at an angle.

Click on that, and it opens your shop up in a new window.

Ah yes but now in typical etsy fashion there is more clicking involved

I thought I was losing my mind because I couldn't find a save button. So the only way to get out of edit mode is close the window?

I noticed it as well.  I just hit the rearrange items button again and get out.  When I go back, the changes are all there.  You would think they'd fix what's broken instead of what is working fine.
