When I click on 'Edit shop' nothing happens. I am unable to change the cover photo or re-arrange listings, etc. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks.
Are you doing it from your shopfront or your dashboard? I always click the pencil on my shop name at the bottom of the dashboard list. So, whichever way you are trying, you could try the other way. Could be a glitch though.

Brilliant! Thanks so much. I was doing it from my shopfront (didn't work). So i checked my dashboard and did as you said. It's funny but I never noticed that pencil edit button there! Thanks again!
@mypinkeraser: Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
@mypinkeraser: There have been several other reports by Apple users of having issues but I do not believe that a solution or workaround has been posted. Perhaps one of your fellow Apple users will have some suggestions.
