Unable to download shop data json files

As title suggests, the two links for my shop data json files are broken ("uh oh a stich has gone awry") and have been for the last week.

Seller support supposedly escalated but no response as yet. 

Allegedly this forum is monitored by etsy staff so is there anybody reading than can provide an update when we can expect this particular stitch to be un-awried... ?

No it is not monitored by Etsy staff.  The moderators are here and sometimes will see an answer but that doesn't happen often.

Did you clear out cache and cookies?  Use a different browser.

The thing is the file is delivered to your email, not to you when you ask for it.  At least that has been my experience.
