Unable to download image in conversations

I do this a lot but have just started having problems ( also from customers) that they can't download images in conversation threads. It comes up with a Web file type and won't allow download.

Anybody know how to report it to etsy and how to fix?

Thats to avoid steal someones image/listing too easy. 

press shift + win + S

screen will getting darker

draw a square and release the mouse button.

image is in the cache now, ctrl + V it where ever you want.

What browser are you using? Have you tried in another browser? 

I haven't followed the information about it but I've seen some mentions that in some browsers Etsy is serving up .webp images instead of .jpg or .png or whatever has been uploaded.
