Unable to create a custom listing for clients

For the past few hours I have not been able to create a custom listing for any of my customers. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have seen a couple of threads with people having issues creating listings, report it to Etsy support as it looks like more live testing which Etsy believes benefits sellers rather than testing in a test environment

Yes I am having the same issue and tech support not offering any real help

Yes it annoys me too on the old app you could create them in the mailbox on etsy but not anymore

I am getting this message over and over in various browsers and after logging out/in and clearing cookies. Awaiting a response from support.

That is the same message I am receiving, hopefully it gets fixed soon

I was able to create a custom listing yesterday afternoon but woke up to find Etsy had deactivated it this morning because it was "missing information"... I wish they'd straighten their system out!

Same issue, I have also contacted support although first chat got disconnected and the chat option went away.  After filling out the email form and getting a success message, there was nothing in my support cases. Finally the chat option was back, and I got through to someone who said that it's being escalated to an internal team and I should be getting a followup via email. We'll see.
