Unable to check out

I frequently shop on Etsy and am trying to make a purchase form a shop I have bought from many times before.

When I go to check out, I get the following error message:

"Oh dear. One or more items in your order are no longer available.

Please review your order and continue."

Etsy does not tell me, or indicate in any way which item(s) are unavailable, and it's a multiple item order.

I tried returning to my cart and refreshing, and trying to purchase again. Have tried this from my PC (firefox) and from my iphone, and have the same results each time.

Anyone else having this issue?

Do you only have items in your cart from that one seller?

Perhaps its a glitch with a item that you removed from your cart and its one of those phantom items that etsy still thinks is in the cart. Did you try clearing you cookies. Also maybe as a test try and go incognito and add the same items as a guest and see what happens. This might be a isolated issue or a larger issue explaining some sellers lower sales. If people are unable to checkout thats an issue.

Only had items from that one seller in the cart.

I cleared cookies and tried again, still can't purchase.

Removed all items from cart and re-added them, and tried again, still no luck.

removed items from cart, made separate purchase from different seller, and it went through fine.

Came back to try original purchase again, and still no luck, same error message.

The only thing I can think of is that the order that processed without issue was domestic (I am in the US) while the order I am trying to place is from a seller in Turkey. I have ordered from them many times before.
