Unable to change shipping option.

Customer paid for USPS Ground Advantage and Priority mail was the default for printing an Etsy shipping label. It won't let me change to Ground Advantage. This same thing happened earlier today with two separate orders from one customer. After multiple clicks on one of her orders, I was able to change it from Ground Advantage to Priority.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any solutions? Thanks!

Are you using the drop down for how you want to ship? I just bought an Etsy label with Ground Advantage.

Three USPS options show up when I click to print a label. Interesting discovery.......I was able to change shipping options on my laptop computer, however my laptop doesn't "talk" to my printer. I even restarted my NEW desktop computer and it still isn't working.

@NoNeedForNew  can you print anything using your laptop? Try turning off your printer, wait a few seconds and turn back on. then try to print.

I printed this morning when I was finally able to get the shipping option to change. I just used my husbands computer and printer and it worked fine. I was able to print a receipt from my computer, so it appears to be a problem with the Etsy page and my desktop computer. Sigh!

I have had the same problem.  The customer purchased USPS Ground Advantage but now wants it faster.  I told her I would pick up the difference in the shipping cost this time, however, I am not able to change it to USPS Priority Mail now.  I have had other strange anomalies with the  Etsy site over the years as well.

I'm having the same problem.  I've always shipped tumblers via Priority mail but lately if the customer chooses ground, Etsy won't let me still choose priority.  What is going on?

I had the same issue today. My normal ship method is Ground Advantage, but the system defaulted to Priority. If I clicked any other button( GA, Fed Ex, UPS) it would just bring the page up to the top and still say Priority. I closed out and tried about 5 more times. I finally went to my iPhone and all functioned worked perfectly.  So I was able to bypass today, but I don’t want to have to do that everyday.  Etsy, we need a quick fix!

I just had the same issue..... I print labels using my computer and it would not let me change it from Priority to Ground.  As soon as I click Ground it jumps back to Priority and in this case that was too costly for my customer.  PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP!  It is costing everyone money!!!

I  am having the same issue.  Ground advantage is the method of shipping I am trying to select but Etsy won't let me change it.  I have tried numerous times last night and again this morning.  Etsy needs to get this fixed ASAP since many of us are having the same problem and it sounds like a technical issue on Etsy's part.

Somehow the shipping default is to ship globally. I will not let me select US only.  So frustrating....

The only one workaround I know is to use TAB on keyboard. select active shipping option by clicking on TAB then use the arrow buttons on the keyboard to select another usps shipping option. Still annoying when you have to change a lot of default labels. ETSY support was not able to help with that issue

I'm having the same issue. I've already submitted a help request, but I'm still awaiting their response. In the meantime, I'm purchasing the shipping labels on the Etsy app and then printing them from my laptop.

I had this same problem. I switched browser from Chrome to Edge and problem solved. I didn't have to use the app.
