Unable to change shipping method on labels

Today I was purchasing labels using my laptop. When I tried to switch my shipping methods it would jump back to the top do the page and not select the method I clicked on. If I can’t switch my shipping methods I will be paying a lot more for priority mail instead of ground. I believe this is a technical issue with Etsy as I’ve seen other users report the same issue.

I have the same problem.  Using Chrome.  I haven't tried another browser and really don't want to use another one.  It is annoying.  I accidentally purchased a priority mail label before I realized it didn't switch to USPS ground advantage like I chose.
