When you go in to bulk edit the price on listings (I'm using a laptop, not app), once you have chosen the option of what you are editing for (set new amount), it just sits there and doesn't allow you to move to the next step. The "Apply" remains greyed out.
I noticed that yesterday. I ended up using the quick edit with the search field used to narrow down the listings. Looks like they're part way through an enhancement?
Be sure the listings you are wanting to edit are all on the same page ... if you have multiple listings spread across multiple pages that you are trying to edit, or you are trying to edit more than 40 listings, that is when the errors start happening (at least what I have found). You can try GetVela ... it's great for bulk edits!
I always change my phone to “request Desktop mode” when I use the app. Then it really does look almost the same as the desktop version
I've had a generic email with links to how to list an item, no help at all, and meanwhile the problem remains unfixed.
My problem is that when I list an item, I have to set the global price and publish, and then go into the bulk editing tool to set the domestic price. This is because of a previous bug that was never fixed, so now I'm essentially grappling with two bugs!
It hasn’t worked for me either, for the last few days on either my iPad or desktop. I have been able to edit though from my iPhone.
This is not working for me, today. If I select increase by a percentage it gives me the box to fill in the amount, but if I select to increase by a set amount (what I want to do), there's no input box. On both desktop and laptop.
This is still an issue for me today. Anyone else? I can only edit pricing by % increase/decrease
Still not working for me. I can edit from my phone, but not my desktop or iPad. It has been this way for a week or so. Frustrating.
It hasn't been working for me for about a week now. The bulk price updated has no input box for a specific amount for a increase/decrease. I just chatted with support and they said it's a known issue they are currently working on but do not have an estimated timeframe for a solution yet.

This has been going on since the bulk edit started - it's bad user interface programming. I know it used to be a simple fix - like typing over the word - I'm on mobile now, I'll be back in a bit to check on laptop.
If you don't have tons to change, you could try Quick Edit.
OK - this is what I see now - and have in the past -
_ you check your boxes on the listings you want to edit
- Hit "Editing Options" at the top
- Select "Edit Prices"
- Click that tiny down-arrow next to "Increase by Amount" to see the other options (this is the part that confuses people)
- I tried "Percentage Decrease" - then I could enter the percentage amount in the box on the right.
- There's an option to preview your prices, as well as a little box to check to "round to the nearest whole number"
- "Apply" box should be black, and clickable
I also tried the Change price - set amount - it seems to be working for me.
Hopefully it will be fixed for everyone.
In case it matters, I'm on laptop now, Chrome browser.
They must have fixed it, as I just went in and tried doing a bulk edit on price again and it was actually now working for me! Thank goodness! I knew you could do it using 'quick edit', but if you are trying to do a large amount of listings, it takes quite awhile to do each one individually! Just thrilled this seems to be back up and working again!!!
