Unable to add listing subvariations

Is anyone facing this problem?

I can't add any new subvariations to any of my listings.

For example: 
I have an iPhone case with a variation: "Device" and subvariations: "iPhone 15", "iPhone 15 Plus", "iPhone 15 Pro", etc. I can't add the new ones, the "iPhone 16", "iPhone 16 Plus", etc.

I'm going to "manage variations" and add the new ones, but when I hit "Apply," nothing happens.

I tried it in a different browser and cleared the cache, cookies, and everything possible.

Do you realize that you are guilty of IP infringement? iPhone is a protected Apple trademark. You can't market your cases as being "iPhone Cases"

And to sale to the EU, you are required to accept returns and cancellations. Basically, your policies are way shy of what is required for doing business with EU citizens.

Are you using a POD production partner that syncs everything between the POD site and your shop? If so have you added the new cases on your POD site? If so that may/should automatically update your variations on etsy and add the new options. At least that's how it works with most POD providers I have used that integrate with etsy.

No. Not using a POD

Oh ok. I assumed you were using a POD production partner since your listings and shop have a  production partner listed and the ship from location is different than the shop location on shop front which is also different from other bits. It was confusing and I didn't realize that you are you printing the cases yourself?

Sorry just trying to understand so I can try to offer some other suggestions to try help.
