I can sign into my Etsy seller’s account but cannot access my dashboard, messages, listings, shop stats or orders. The only things I can get into are payment account and view shop. It just says there seems to be a problem and to contact Etsy support if it keeps happening but the issue doesn’t seem to be addressed by their chat bot.

@Amaradorn mentioned everything I could think of - well, except for rebooting your computer (if you're on one). Hope something works - or somebody here has more useful advice. Gotta be so frustrating!
i had this issue with an order on Saturday. messaged etsy support but received nothing. Can only access account on laptop rather than app on ipad, which is inconvenient. No reply from etsy yet. If i delete the app and reinstall presume I will lose everthing including data and listings etc so that isn't going to work for me. in UK.
@JoMoJewellery Your shop data will be connected to your account; deleting and reinstalling the app will not affect it. When you log back into the app it will simply reimport your account data.

So do you recommend that I delete the app and then reinstall it? Would that make everything appear normal again and no white blank screens?
@JoMoJewellery you can try it - you won't lose anything. Just make sure you know your password and have access to emails/sms if you have 2fa turned on as you will need to log in again.
I would first make sure that your iPad OS is up to date. Then restart the iPad. Last option is to uninstall the app, then reinstall it.

Delete the (blue) seller app (smartphone) and reinstall it; that worked for me, as the Etsy seller app stopped working for lots of sellers, not just myself. This is the fix for the app.
The solution was using a different browser on the laptop, and logging out and back in on my mobile devices. Thanks for your help.

Same - went down yesterday, Samsung phone. Updated the app, made no difference, still not working today.
So, I have uninstalled app and reinstalled. Signing back in, I need a security code requested by email. However I dont receive it. It is also not in the spam folder. So at the moment I cant even access the app. This is fun. Etsy next to useless
