Unable to Update Listing Information

For a couple days I've tried to update listings regarding inventory count, details etc and the "publish" button doesn't appear.  When I leave the listing the changes aren't there

Your screen may be minimized by mistake. If you don't click publish, the changes won't be there.

@TheGildedFrogShop  :  Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via mobile browser or desktop browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).
