We’re currently in the process of launching our Etsy shop, but we’ve encountered a major issue when trying to update any of our 70 digital product listings that we added last week & made updates this past weekend. As of 2 days ago, each time we attempt to make changes to a listing, we receive the following error message – which pops up over the listing in a red box
"Contact Etsy Support and make sure to include this error code in your message: Error code: EuIaFc2eCihghZ-cCug837mWBP97"
Our shop focuses on digital products, so there are no variations involved, and our return policy is straightforward. This is not a form validation error, either.
We’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by Etsy Support, including clearing the cache, using different browsers, and clearing Etsy-related cookies, but the issue persists. We’ve also logged out and back in using the latest browsers – Chrome & Edge.
To add more complexity to the situation, I copied one of the existing listings, and the copied listing works perfectly—I can edit it without any issues. However, the original listings continue to trigger the error.
Since this appears to be a technical issue, we’re reaching out in hopes of getting assistance to resolve this problem, as it’s currently preventing us from launching our shop.
