Unable to Renew SOLD OUT Listing

Unable to renew with saved changes to old SOLD OUT listing. Using Safari desktop. Just says if it continues to contact etsy support. LOL

@santashauntedboot: Try renewing it 'as is' then edit it (deactivate after renewing if need be).

Won't let me. Says it's missing shipping data. LOL.

Can't edit and renew with saved changes. Unable to renew at all first and then edit. Pretty bad.

Tried again this morning, now it says, "Hm, we're having trouble saving your changes. If problem persists contact etsy support."

I have made sure it has ALL the information needed. Quantity, shipping, etc. It just will not save with the new changes. It also will not let me renew it. The OLD FORM ALWAYS worked. This is getting ridiculous.

NEWS FLASH!! I read on a a similar TECH ISSUE post, someone WAS ABLE to RENEW a SOLD OUT listing using the Etsy app. I went to my SOLD OUT order on app. I had to make a new shipping profile (even though the one I had was the same - I make custom shipping profiles, if anyone is interested.) I WAS ABLE to RENEW on the APP...However, it wouldn't let me adjust the price on the app..? I had to just renew it on my phone using the app. Then quickly adjusted the price on my desktop. How strange. ETSY please fix! I'm happy I found a work around but this is ridiculous!

I had to make a completely new custom listing. Luckily I had my old one to copy & paste from.
